The BodyRightPlus website was by Stéphane Therrien who has had some struggles with his weight for a couple decades. Losing weight for a couple months after trying a new diet just to gain it back with interest was not uncommon. Finding excuses for the lack of energy everyday rather than finding solutions to gain some energy was an everyday occurrence. Blaming the food industry for my health problems when he knew he could make changes and work around those addictive recipes from the food industry was all too common.
But now with a system that start with simple small changes that pile up one at a time to add up to huge changes like 30+ pounds lost in 4 months, more energy throughout the day without the brain fog. The bloating disappeared and a better memory instead to take it's place. Those two should not be related, but that still happened.
